I will back GG up on priding Royal Mail and Australia Post. Australia Post has let me down with 3 packages (which I was able to claim and get refunded at no cost) out of the 900+ I have posted. My packages are delivered within 3-4 days no matter where in Australia I send them (even Kickatinalong Outback Aus).

As Australia is same size as the US, I think that is pretty bloody good. Express Post (priority) arrives usually next day and in more remote areas 2 days.

When I get things from the States or the UK, usually if Customs decides to rummage through it, it is held up 2 days - which isnt so bad.
