Don't mean to be a pain, but I think Europeans are better equipped to trade with other countries. It doesn't appear to be a big deal to them. I'm not sure how many of us would be willing to even buy from Canada.

"Speaking only for myself ... packaging and mailing something overseas involves filling out special forms, etc. and is a lot of hassle." It's just one country to another. The Europeans have a longer history of trading with other countries. Why should it be that much difference with us sending something to Germany than us sending something to North Dakota?
