I forgot to mention in my above reply, I was told by a German seller, the reason a lot of Europeans do not take Pay Pal is they do not have credit cards. She, and a lot of her friends who sell, have applied for credit cards so they can take Pay Pal. They have seen other sellers do so well after they started taking PP they wanted a piece of the action. It seems the European's do not like the hassle of sending cash either.
