I buy from sites in Germany, Italy, Netherlands, UK, and others. Some, not all, take Pay Pal. You will just have to keep searching until you find some. One way I found good overseas sites, was to research other bidders on an item I was interested in, find out what they bought and where. (This is also helpful if you want an idea of their max bids) Another way is by the email addresses, they will end in uk, it, de, etc.
