Try emailing one or more of the overseas sellers, most understand English. Try different sites also, many have their listing in English. Keep trying until you find some that ship worldwide. US $'s are converted to Euros on Pay Pal. I wouldn't buy from any that don't take Pay Pal, (although I have) because with Pay Pal you can buy their protection insurance in case of lost items. NEVER ship unless it's registered. I usually pay via credit card thru Pay Pal for overseas buys, you're double protected that way.

Check the seller's feedback for other US bidders. And yes, you can find items overseas that aren't readily available here.
