overbid my own snipe: AS thinks I won with the snipe.

Probably covered elsewhere, sorry if this is an old issue. I did try a few keyword searches.

I had a snipe registered and watched bidding exceed my snipe amount. With little time to react, I bid on my own, and won the item. I did not have time to adjust my snipe and watch the item to adjust a sniped amount. I was on my own to win the item.

I figure AS doesn't get the credit for the win, therefore shouldn't charge a fee. I have had this happen before but the auction sniping charge was so low I have not bothered with the issue.
Perhaps the AS is smart enough to know not to charge a fee, but I got an autoemail telling me I won with the snipe.

How do I contact AS to discuss the issue other than this forum?
