so what you're saying here is that ebay's snipe(called proxy bid) will always trump a snipe placed here. Am I understanding this right? Ebay Inc gets in "last licks" on auctions no matter what lead time is used, mine was set at 4 seconds and I lost to a bid placed 6 seconds after mine, if I remember correctly...
