Yes, I see the bid increments, but at the last few seconds of the auction, I always bid a few cents over the bid increment--which is how I won many an auction. Just this time, I bid 15 cents over the increment. I just always thought that no matter what the last bid was, it would always go to the highest bidder irregardless what the increment was on the last bid. Am I wrong on this? Then why do people win on just 5 cents over the last bid? I'm sorry, does this make sense?
