Even worse, my bids are not being placed. Apparently there are 'program' problems. This is the reply I received from technical support when I opened a suport case concerning my bids not being place by auctionsniper.
"We apologize for your inconvenience, but we are experiencing some difficulties with the program, due to which the snipes are not showing correct information and are not working properly. However it‘s being worked on and will soon be fixed.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this caused you.
