Mrs. M.... That was the last job

I've only had one really out of line customer at Outback - he was drunk and swearing (and we have a lot of families as customers, even if we didn't I draw the line at swearing at the employees) and then tried to get in my face when I asked him to leave. Thankfully his family restrained him and ushered him out. This was after his yelling and a little trot around the porch with his pants around his ankles! I felt so sorry for his family, but sometimes the customer isn't always right

I'm sure you could have easily handled my job last nite ... managing a restaurant is just like taking care of a house full of kids - except you get to go home at the end of the night
