99.99% of what's good to eat on this planet is not really good for us - and I've had my share.

Then you eliminate everything that contradics the meds you take and what's left is bottled distilled water.

After caring for multiple family members for years I know more than most of my own Doctors which is scary so I just wing it a day at a time in between medical appointments.

Now if laughter is the best medicine - its been a great week and I want to thank everyone - it's definately good fun and and the only good thing I know that's non-fattening..... mory
