I checked our records and confirmed that your Auction Sniper credentials do not match your eBay credentials any longer, so it is appropriate that you are no longer able to access your Auction Sniper account using the same username and password you use for eBay.

Since you no longer have access to the email address on file with your account, please contact our Customer Support team directly from under the “Help” tab on our site and we will work with you to restore access to your account.
