Nothing happens when you snipe!

since July 14 none of my snipes have happened, at least I haven`t been charged, but I trusted these guys to do the business for me while I was incommunicado--I`m out now, OK!! So what!!I`ve lost items I bid for at much more than they sold for. Should I contact the seller and tell them they were robbed?
