Reply to "No purchase Necessary?! Insurance Draw..."

Hey Bill - I have never complained about the insurance - as you say, I haven't tried it. I did highlight that the T&Cs might preclude international shipping due to the customs label. This was explained and I was re-assured. I did ask if anyone had succesfully made an 'international' claim to no avail. All that happened was that a somewhat pompous support person declined to respond on the grounds that it was confidential information. Thus, without re-assurance I have chosen not to use your insurance.

That said, I have an open mind so I might well try it one day. Wink

So why not encourage me further and open the draw up to us Brits (and Kiwis and Ozzies and ...)
