R2- Maybe you should start using the shipping insurance... then if the item is lost, damaged or stolen you can file a claim and find out.

As we clearly state (International Coverage), items shipped from the USA or Canada are covered. The company we are partnering with is the leader in third party shipping insurance and has been in business for over 15 years. Your concerns are unfounded.

You keep complaining about it.. but you haven't even tried it.
