No Bid Placed

I have been using AS for several months with great suscess. But I have had two auctions not placed in the last few days. It's sucks when you know you might have won had it been placed. Tonight I won one, then 8 min later same seller no bid placed. I use a 7sec lead, what gives....are others having problems latley. I love AS because many times the pieces I go after are in the middle of the day.
