I think the strategy of intentionally targeting in between quarter hours is not bad. I've always tried to target Sunday, but have not targeted specific times...YET!

Do you sellers out there use the scheduling feature available in ebay setup, where you can designate a specific time for the auction to begin (thereby setting the time the auction ends)? I haven't used it yet, since I didn't want to pay the extra ebay fee.
