WOW!!! Rickdogg, That LINK is some great information. I have always wondered why there wasn't a way to pull up the negatives on the feedback pages. Especially when the seller/buyer has 15 negatives out of 4,000 sales...how can one find them???
I have had a disheartening

(5) five negatives out of 366 ... from Three (3) 'Total Morons' and I can tell everyone that.... Ebay will not take them off... except maybe if you had a Court Order because the negative feedback was considered Slanderous in the eyes of the Court.
I do like bb66's idea of waiting until the 59th day if you need to leave a negative.

I always put any troublesome buyer or seller on my 'Blocked Bidder' list so that at least I don't ever have to deal with them again.
