I just received my first negative feedback too and it's a bummer after receiving over 150 positives. On top of that it was posted by a non-paying bidder who objected to shipping charges that were clearly spelled out and were not at all high.

I failed to follow my rule and here it is: wait 58 or 59 days after the close of the auction before you post any negative FB on anyone. The person who posted the negative on me did so in retaliation for the negative I posted on them for being a NPB. (Their 3rd for that.)

eBay does not allow any FB after 60 days so if you wait 59 days you are far less likely to get retaliated on for what happened to me.

Fortunately I think most people who have been on eBay for awhile recognize that there are a lot of morons out there and 99+% positive is still pretty good, but I'm pissed at losing my 100% to one of those deadbeat morons.
