I wouldn't look forward to having to butcher an animal - I be city folk Smile Were it the difference between being a vegetarian or having steak on the plate I think I'd muster up the nerve to do it though! Actually, I think the only thing that would bother me is having to gut the animal. Carving it up into edible/usable pieces wouldn't be a problem (New York, Ribeye, Sirloin, Pot Roast,Porterhouse, Hamburger, jello makin's.....) Wink
