My Sniper is Not Working

Hi - I have always had my sniper set up for a lead time of 6 seconds. Usually my snipes were placed around 10 seconds - even though I had it set for a 6 second lead time. But over the past week - my snipes have been placed with about 30 seconds to go, even though I still have it set for a 6 second lead time.

I have now lost about 6 auctions due to this error. Please let me know what is going on!
