Addendum to previous remarks to Jabbergah: I may have been using this site for years, but bid very selectively and snipe even more selectively. As I mentioned in posting elsewhere, I first posted (and actually looked at the community board for the first time because my snipe on the first auction which ended 10/4 did not register and, apparently, I was not the only one to experience this. But thanks again.
