My bid was placed well in advance of outbid--I placed a snipe of $47.58 the day before the auction ended! The snipe is set for 5 MINUTES prior to the end of the auction. I, in the past, have gone in manually when AS failed to snipe on my behalf and have WON auctions by manually sniping at the last minute -- in each instant, no bid on my behalf was registered in my User ID on the auction by AS! My complaint is that AS never emailed me to advise (if this, indeed, was the case, that my bid was lower than a current bid on the auction. Is AS not taking snipes as they're entered on this website (I do not use the upgrade via eBay)---my snipe bid is registered here as having been placed on 10/6 when it was placed by me on 10/5. This is not the only instance of failure on AS' part.
