It was well below the closing *winning bid, but well above the current bid at the time--this is now unique. On former occasions, AS has emailed me thatmy snipe amount had been outbid and, if necessary, emails me multiple times as I increase my maximum snipe bids. I have lost 2 auctions within the last few days because I was not informed of outbidding.
