If I get my hands on two big green tomatoes I slice them 1/4 inch pat dry - flower, dip in whole egg, then in Italian bread crumbs, fry and set aside on paper. Dip some tenderized cutlets the same way and fry. make a display on a white steak platter add a small can of stewed tomatoes over the top and add shredded cheese. One minute under the broiler with the plate and some buttered Garlic french bread. yummy
