AS doesn't automatically make you win - it's the highest bid that wins not the last one that was placed. I care not what R|ck says, your bid/snipe isn't being reacted to, the winner is placing a higher maximum bid. Think about it - your bid goes in at 6 seconds and the item will sit at up to one increment above the next highest bid and not at your max - it's only when the other, higher snipe arrives that the item goes up to your max plus one.
