This weekend I bought two racks of Lamb Chops ea with six ribs. I parboiled them then barbecued them & had Spanish rice on the side. Had my firat sweet corn
up from Florida. Started the ears in cold water with a cup of sugar - brought it to a boil for 3 minutes. It made 3 day old corn really quite good. Also made a small box of cornbread in a cake pan with a swirl of Orange Marmelade.\
Wish I had a good wine but none left.
