Thanks Lexie: I got the Lamb yesterday amd will fix it Sat night - some great food. I will print it soon as I get my new printer hooked up. Starting Sunday I must fast for a week to make up for this week of 10 feast days visiting friends. I am from the Montana sheep country and love Lamb. To get it here in NY I have to special order it unless they have a sale. Christmas time there are frozen legs for sale from Australia & New Zealand but at $40 a leg I can't afford it often.
I'll marinate the ribs Fri then rotary them Sat. Thanks
