I have recently read some of the posts regarding lead times and the increased traffic on eBay.

I have decided to increase my lead times from 8 seconds to 20 seconds for any auction ending on Sunday, and perhaps to a 15 second lead for the rest of the week.

I'm still comfortable with that. Before AS, I was sniping manually at 30 seconds and winning auctions, so I'm still better off.
