Linda, was the snipe set for an auction that ended on Sunday, particularly Sunday evening? If so, 15 seconds lead would often be insufficient to get through the logjam in eBay's computers at that time of the week and day. But if you'll give me the item number I'll take a look and try to find out what happened.
