The auction ended at 17:25:24. Unless I’m missing something, the bid didn’t go over $150 until 17:23:40, which is a little less than 2 minutes before the auction ended. Changes to snipes need to be in 2 minutes before closing, as AS queues up it's snipes then.

P.S. The faq says changes must occur 3 minutes before auction end.
