You'll need to give us more info. if you want an answer. For example, have you had any successful snipes? If so, then it isn't a bad ID or password problem.
Are the snipes that failed not recorded anywhere? Goto My Snipes and choose 'lost'. Are they there?
What were the item numbers? What was your max snipe?

There are a number of non-bug-related reasons why snipes don't get placed - most are easily explained but only if the full info. is provided.
