On your My Snipes page check the little box to the left of the auction number of all snipes you want to cancel. Then towards the top, click on the Cancel button (just left of Move To). To cancel all snipes, click on the word all in 'checked items (all)' then on the cancel button.

Make sure you are viewing all snipes, including folders by:
Choose snipes select 'Active'
Choose folder 'All Snipes'
