I lived in Indiana many years...forgiving I am not sure of..junk mail, that I am sure of. I hate it along with junk email, but it is part of our life today! Next time, sort your mail as it comes in and deep six the junk mail...or as a friend of mine does, return it to them!

But # 1 responsibilty is up to you. Organize your bills and mail better!
