Lead time matters not - to this day I don't understand why AS allows you to fiddle with it. It's not the last bid that wins, it's the highest!

Did AS send you an email after the auction - if not then it's likely you didn't place it? If it did then it'll tell you what happened.

Let us know what AS Support says...
