I checked your snipes before and none were missed, excluding the Sunday. You had 2 that you deleted from the time you mentioned, we don't place deleted snipes. The service as I mentioned is very reliable and the stats I provided are accurate. Yours was not the 1 in 5500 since you deleted it. No site is perfect, but we're as close to it as it gets which is why we're 2x bigger than the next closest site. We have the most reliable sniping, the best support, the most feature rich site, the quickest to resolve eBay changes because we're not 1 or 2 people working by themselves doing everything from support to the fixes. etc. We rock!
