Mrs. M. - I changed it to only read available year round. I guess I never thought of it that way.
Here in the northwoods when people say winterized it means that there is a heating system, etc and it is to be assumed it's appropriate for year round use. However, I have heard of people "winterizing" their boats, flusing systems etc. So I guess the word does have different means for different things.
