That particular paragraph was copied directly from the brochure. The owner wants to emphasize that the cabins are available year round. In Northern Minnesota most lodges/resorts are only a seasonal business.

I can see your point about taking that out, but I think I'll leave it in so prospective bidders know that it is a year round establishment.
