...with the listing! It appears very nicely done.

Just a small nit to pick -- I'm not sure why you emphasize the cabin is "winterized" when attempting to rent it out in July! Perhaps a better approach to promote that particular feature would be to say it is "well insulated so it doesn't get too hot during warm days or too cold during chilly nites". Just an observation -- definitely not a listing killer.
