Listing question....

Hello all - please help me out on this one. I have a listing question. I was asked to list a few vacation rentals for a local person's summer resort. This is classified under the real estate listings on ebay, so the fees are higher than the normal auction fees.

Should I list this in the auction format or in the Ad format? I've never done this type of auction before so I'm kind of unsure where to start.

Here is the fee schedule
Timeshares and Land
Listing Type / Duration Insertion Fee
Auction Format
1-, 3-, 5-, 7-, or 10-day Listing $35
30-day Listing $50
Ad Format
30-day Listing $150
90-day Listing $300

I'm thinking 30 day listing in the auction format would probably work out best, but I'm a little unsure. Any advice would is welcome.
