Links to eBay items broken?

I've noticed that when I click on the title of an eBay item (text next to the checkbox on the My Snipes page), the web browser is redirected and the URL that ends up in the address bar has been HTML safe-encoded leaving "http://cgi.ebay.com" and so on as "http://www.qksrv.net/click-1446521-5463217?loc=http%3a%2f%2fcgi.ebay.com"

I work around this by keeping a tab open to an item and copy/pasting the item number from AS.

I've tried this in IE and Firefox.
