LIGHT BLUE TEXT LETTERS

I have been looking at the new Insurance Offering but find the instructions or information posted in small type and
transparent blue color unreadable. I think
the web designers think we all have
five thousand dollar monitors and can
read transparent light blue text..
Anybody else have the same problem?
