Reply to "Just the FAQ's"

Mrs. M and I both contacted Support about the problems with the FAQ and other web pages vs what actually happens and what Sara tells us.

I received a response telling me they were going to work on it soon. I think the flow should be:

AS Gods decide to make a change

Programmers change the code

AS tests new code

Changes made to 'live' system

Changes made to Faq/Help pages

Note posted in forums

AS has been skipping a step or two
