Thanks for contributing to our forum. I reviewed your account and did not see anything that should prevent you from placing snipes so I suspect there is something unusual on your side of things that is conflicting with our software.

I do not feel I know enough about your situation at this point to offer any specific suggestions, but we created a support case on your behalf earlier today and I see that a member of our team replied to your case to ask for some additional information.
