So it wasn't just me??? My "firewall" turned into a prison wall! It wasn't letting my computer to connect to the internet for 2 days! I thought it was my service provider. I finally figured out what was causing the problem. The solution that seems to have worked for me was to re-intall the ZoneAlarm firewall. I wish I could have seen this message before, but as I said earlier -- I couldn't connect to the internet!

Truly a catch 22....
