I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with this issue. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

We are investigating this problem and actively working on a solution. This, like many of our challenges here at Auction Sniper, happens after eBay makes changes to their site and services. We are always adapting to these changes, and implementing solutions as soon as we can get them out.

Please be patient and know that this issue is of the highest priority to us. As soon as I have any more information I will post to the forum, so that you all have the latest status.
