"I have filed a report with Support. NO matter what I do, I cannot snipe either." - Hopefully you'll soon get a response.

"I read on another snipe program's page that they were being blackmailed by hackers." - I only see "blackmail" regarding feedback? Check how long they've been on the forum and the date of their post. Sounds like someone got a little too dramatic. Several old-timers here (much older then me), and they've never complained, nor have I heard any valid complaints.

"I logged in and lo and behold is says "hello Marie??" - I'll leave that for someone else.

P.S. - Click on up "My Pop", then "Profile". What name do you have in "Display Name"?
