Steve, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. You have given me the answer that no one at support could give me. Will you be posting an update when the problem is fixed? I do appreciate you taking the time to address this and will not flee to another service, as you seem to have identified the problem and answered my query. When notified it is fixed, I will continue to place snipes, business as usual! Again, Thank You.
