Hi Pattie....I think Steve's reply is correct

If you go to that particular auction page, and the seller did withdraw/close the auction...it will say that..usually around/under the title...It's happened to me..

Sellers do have that option on eBay..perhaps because they aren't seeing any bids or are afraid they won't get enough $$$ for the item...anyhow,keep using AS and read all the posts.The posts can be very helpful...
