Rick, I re-read that. My bad. Thanks again for the quick response.
"A winning bidder's maximum bid needs only to exceed the next highest maximum bid by one cent.".
Well, learned somthin new today. I usually do, whether I want to or not.
I take it to mean that ONLY proxy bids need to exceed the bid increment.
